Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in is at 4pm. We have a lockbox for key access, so no need to worry about late arrivals!
• Check-out time is 10am on your departure day. Please return keys to the lockbox before leaving.

Smoking

• Smoking is permitted in the garden areas only. We ask that you please discard all cigarette butts properly before checking out.
• Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the cottage.

Kids Will Love It Here

• The cottage is absolutely kid-friendly with plenty of outdoor space to run and play!
• Parents, keep a close watch on the little ones when they're exploring the natural garden areas.
  

We love hosting furry friends too!

•  To keep things comfortable for all, we just ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture.
• We also appreciate if you can clean up any pet waste in the garden at the end of your stay.

Accidents Happen

• Don't stress if anything gets damaged - just give us a heads up and we can take care of it through our insurance. An honest heads up really helps !

Checking Out

• When it's time to check out, we'd be super grateful if you could start the dishwasher, take out any trash, and put any used items back where they belong. A tidy stay means an easy transition for our next guests!
